Al acceder y utilizar el sitio web http://mundogoa.com (en adelante, “el Sitio”), así como los servicios ofrecidos por GOa (en adelante, “nosotros” o “la Empresa”), usted acepta cumplir con los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación de la República Argentina, incluyendo la Ley de Defensa del Consumidor Nº 24.240 y la normativa de Meta (Facebook, Instagram) para anunciantes.

1. ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS

Al usar nuestro Sitio o realizar reservas, compras o transacciones, usted declara haber leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, le solicitamos que no utilice nuestros servicios.

2. DESCRIPCIÓN DE SERVICIOS

  • Servicios principales: Alojamiento en Termas de Río Hondo, Santiago del Estero, Argentina.
  • Servicios futuros: Podríamos ofrecer otros servicios turísticos adicionales (actividades, tours, etc.) y se regirán por estos Términos y/o condiciones específicas adicionales.
  • Disponibilidad: Todas las reservas están sujetas a disponibilidad. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar o cancelar reservas cuando no cumplan con nuestros requisitos.

3. REGISTRO Y CUENTAS DE USUARIO

  • Información veraz: Al crear una cuenta, el usuario se compromete a proporcionar datos precisos y actualizados.
  • Responsabilidad de la cuenta: Es responsabilidad del usuario mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso. Cualquier actividad realizada bajo su cuenta se considerará efectuada por usted.

4. POLÍTICAS DE RESERVA Y PAGO

  • Confirmación de reserva: La reserva se considerará efectiva únicamente tras la confirmación por parte de GOa, según la disponibilidad y el pago correspondiente si aplica.
  • Pagos: Procesados por terceros (pasarelas de pago) o de manera directa, según se indique en el Sitio. Cada transacción puede estar sujeta a términos y comisiones específicos de dichas plataformas.
  • Moneda y facturación: Se indicará la moneda en que se efectuará el cobro y los impuestos o cargos adicionales si corresponden.

5. POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN Y REEMBOLSO

Cualquier cancelación o reembolso se regirá por lo establecido en nuestra Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos, la cual puede ser consultada en el Sitio. Cada caso se evaluará según las condiciones pactadas en el momento de la reserva.

6. CONDUCTA DEL USUARIO Y RESTRICCIONES

  • Uso legítimo: El usuario se compromete a utilizar el Sitio y nuestros servicios de buena fe y conforme a la ley.
  • Prohibiciones: No se permite publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo, que incumpla los derechos de propiedad intelectual o atente contra la moral y las buenas costumbres.
  • Sanciones: Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar el acceso del usuario que incumpla estas normas.

7. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

  • Titularidad: GOa (o sus licenciantes) es titular de los derechos de propiedad intelectual del contenido publicado en el Sitio (textos, imágenes, logotipos, etc.).
  • Licencia de uso: El usuario sólo podrá utilizar el contenido para fines personales y no comerciales. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o uso sin autorización expresa.

8. RESPONSABILIDAD Y LIMITACIÓN DE DAÑOS

  • Responsabilidad limitada: GOa no se hace responsable por daños directos, indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Sitio o de los servicios.
  • Fuerza mayor: No tendremos responsabilidad alguna en caso de incumplimiento por causas de fuerza mayor (catástrofes naturales, huelgas, conflictos bélicos, disposiciones gubernamentales, etc.).

9. POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y META

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, disponible en el Sitio, que cumple con la Ley Nº 25.326 y las Normativas de Meta.

10. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN

Estos Términos se interpretarán y regirán según la legislación de la República Argentina. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales ordinarios de la provincia de Santiago del Estero, salvo disposición legal específica.

11. MODIFICACIONES DE LOS TÉRMINOS

Podremos actualizar o modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Dichos cambios serán efectivos desde su publicación en el Sitio. Recomendamos revisar periódicamente esta sección.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Consumer Defense Law No. 24.240, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertiser policies.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • Availability: All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not meet our requirements.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNTS

  • Accurate information: By creating an account, the user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date data.
  • Account responsibility: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under their account is considered the user’s responsibility.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Booking confirmation: A reservation is considered valid only upon confirmation by GOa, subject to availability and payment as applicable.
  • Payments: Processed by third parties (payment gateways) or directly, as indicated on the Site. Each transaction may be subject to specific terms and fees from those platforms.
  • Currency and billing: The currency for payment and any taxes or additional charges will be indicated.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Any cancellation or refund request will be governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy, available on the Site. Each case will be evaluated according to the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

6. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Legitimate use: The user agrees to use the Site and our services in good faith and in compliance with the law.
  • Prohibitions: It is not permitted to post illegal or offensive content, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate moral and ethical standards.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Province of Santiago del Estero, unless otherwise required by law.
